Dr. Grieshaber does not accept insurance. Payment can be made with cash, check, or Zelle. Credit cards can be accepted but are not preferred.
Patients with commercial insurance can receive a superbill to submit for reimbursement. The patient remains responsible for payment at the appointment.
Patients with Medicare cannot submit for reimbursement, but medications should be covered within normal Medicare rules.
